Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Standard Analgesia in Perioperative Period of Patients with Anorectal Diseases
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application method and effects of the standard analgesia in the perioperative period of the patients with the rapid rehabilitation surgery .Methods:A total of 192 cases were divided into the control group and the intervention group with 97 cases in the control group and 95 cases in the control group .The control group received routine analgesia ,while the intervention group was given the standard of rapid rehabilitation surgery .The analgesic effects of the two groups were compared .Results:Digital pain intensity scale of the intervention group (NRS) was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).Urinary retention,bleeding,fever,perianal ede-ma in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and postoperative rehabilitation index in the intervention group is significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.01).Patients satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgical standard analgesia can effectively relieve pain intensity ,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions ,improve patients analgesia satisfaction ,and promote the rehabilitation of patients .
