Effects of Combined Analgesia Nursing on Patients with Gastric Cancer and Open Surgery

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of comprehensive analgesia nursing on patients with gastric cancer and open surgery .Meth-ods:A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group .The control group received routine nursing care after surgery ,while the observation group received comprehensive analgesia nursing based on the control group .Two groups′postoperative pain ,comfort and nursing satisfaction were compared .Results:Postoperative pain in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05),and pain call frequency on the day after the operation ,1 d and 2 d after operation was lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Comfort degree and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive analgesia nursing can significantly reduce postoperative pain,improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients with gastric cancer after open surgery .
