Application of Evidence-based Nursing in the Rehabilitation of Swal owing Disorder in Elderly Patients with Aspiration

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effects of evidence -based nursing in the rehabilitation of swallowing disorder in elder-ly patients with aspiration .Methods:Selected 72 swallowing disorder patients with aspiration were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 36 cases in each group .The control group was given the routine nursing care ,while the experimental group received evidence-based nursing treatment .1 and 2 weeks after treatment ,the effective rate and quality of life scores were compared be-tween two groups .Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05).1 and 2 weeks after treatment ,the drinking water test scores of the experimental group and the total scores of the quality of life of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can im-prove the swallowing dysfunction ,promote the recovery of feeding function and improve the quality of life of elderly patients .
