Application of Predictive Nursing Plan based on Fuzzy Thinking in ICU

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effects of predictive nursing plan based on fuzzy thinking in ICU .Methods:A total of 87 ICU patients were divided into the observation group with 42 cases and the control group with 45 cases.The observation group was given the predictive nursing plan based on the fuzzy thinking ,and the control group was given the routine observation and nursing .The pain degree , adverse reactions or events occurrence rate and prognosis of two groups were compared .Results:After checked in ICU 3 d,the pain degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The events or adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);and the number of using analgesic sedative drug and mortality rate were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).And the ICU turn off time of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The predictive nursing based on fuzzy thinking can relieve pain ,reduce the use of analgesic and sedative drugs ,prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions or adverse events ,and improve the prognosis of ICU patients .
