Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of optimized nursing strategy in patients with chronic heart failure in patients with diabetes . Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure and diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group .The control group received routine nursing ,while the observation group was given nursing intervention by optimized nursing strategy .Malnutrition inflammation scores ( MIS) by evaluating the nutrition status before and after the intervention be-tween two groups were compared .And two groups′biochemical indexes ,the incidence of cardiac events during the follow -up and the con-ditions of echocardiographic examination before and after intervention were compared .Results:The intervention of the MIS scores in the ob-servation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the observation group′s BMI,HbA1c and blood lipid in-dexes were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).3 months after the intervention,LVEF in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of cardiac events in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimized nursing strategy used in chronic heart failure and the rehabilitation of the patients with diabetes ,can effectively alleviate the deterioration of the patient's condition, help to improve heart function and nutrition status of the patients ,and is worth popularizing in clinical work .
