Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Health Education in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application methods and effects of health education clinical nursing pathway in patients with diabe -tes mellitus.Methods:A total of 120 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing measures ,while the observation group used health education clinical nursing path . The behavior ability ,blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups .Results:After intervention ,the ob-servation group of blood glucose detection ability ,behaviors ,diabetes knowledge ,self-management ability ,psychological adjustment ability scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Two groups′indicators of blood glucose level were significantly lower than those before the intervention ,and the observation group′s indicators of blood glucose level were significantly lower than those in the control group after the intervention .There was significant difference of those indicators between two groups (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education clinical nursing pathway can significantly improve the behavior ability of patients with diabetes ,reduce the blood sugar level ,improve the patient′s nursing satisfaction .
