Application of Segmented Positive Nursing Elements in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Pancreatic and Duodenal Resection

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of segmented positive nursing elements in patients with laparoscopic pancreatic and duodenal resection .Methods:A total of 60 patients with laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group .The control group was given routine perioperative nursing care ,while the observation group received nursing intervention of positive sectional element integration method .After intervention,negative emotions, the total positive rate of pain and the incidence rate of complications and the satisfaction of nursing service between two groups were com -pared.Results:The positive rate of negative emotion ,total pain rate and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group , and the satisfaction rate of nursing service was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion:Segmented positive nursing elements integration intervention can ensure the greatest degree of physical and psychologi -cal comfort,improve the safety of nursing and nursing service satisfaction .
