High Quality Nursing Care in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effects of high quality nursing care in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture .Meth-ods:A total of 110 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases in each group .The control group received routine nursing ,while the observation group received high quality nursing in-tervention on the basis of the implementation of routine nursing .Two groups′negative emotions and improved patient satisfaction were com-pared.Results:After the intervention,two groups′self-anxiety scale(SAS),square root of the sum of the squares(SRSS),and self-de-pression scale(SDS)scores were significantly lower than those before the intervention ,and the observation group after the intervention SAS , SRSS,SDS acores were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The observation group′s nursing satisfaction was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The observation group after the intervention of the overall health ,physiological function,social function,emotional functions and mental health scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the observation group hospitalization time ,hospitalization expenses and medical dispute occurrence rate was lower than that in the con -trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality care can significantly alleviate the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture tension ,anxi-ety,depression and other negative emotions ,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients ,and it is worth clinical promotion .
