Analysis of the High Risk Factors of Perioperative Complications in Department of Neurosurgery and Clinical Nursing

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the high risk factors of perioperative complications in Department of Neurosurgery ,and to explore the clinical nursing intervention strategies .Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 628 patients with 5 months ( from January to May)of 2015 who was successfully implemented with neurosurgery ,including the postoperative complications occurred in 48 cases,use logistic to analyze the factors of complications of high -risk patients in Department of Neurosurgery ,and to explore the effects of clinical nursing in-tervention.Results:Single factor conditional logistic analysis was used to analyze the risk factors including diabetes ,patients undergoing per-cutaneous coronary intervention ,repeated puncture ,indwelling sheath and so on ,especially for 48 cases of postoperative complications .Logis-tic multivariate analysis was used to analyze the factors such as hypertension ,intravenous strong irritant drugs and intravenous indwelling tube.These factors were independent risk factors of postoperative complications .Through nursing intervention treatment ,the symptoms of pa-tients were effectively controlled .Conclusion:The formation of perioperative complications in Department of Neurosurgery is affected by many factors,which should be closely observed in patients at high risk ,and it is necessary to standardize treatment and nursing intervention .
