A Survey on Nursing Needs of Patients with Chronic and Acute Liver Failure after Discharge
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the need for continuing nursing care in patients with chronic and acute liver failure ( ACLF) after discharge.Methods:A total of 422 cases of ACLF patients were selected from October 2015 to January 2014 in a hospital in Beijing.The content and demand of nursing needs were investigated by self -designed questionnaires .Results:A total of 422 questionnaires were col-lected,and the effective recovery rate was 100.00%.ACLF patients had post discharge nursing demand and demand rate is 100.00%.A-mong them,the most needed rate (96.45%) and total demand rate (100.00%) were the highest in the nursing requirement .After dis-charge,the patients′satisfaction rate(91.49%)and the total satisfaction rate(98.34%)were the highest in the telephone follow -up.Con-clusion:There is an urgent need for ACLF patients after discharge ,including a number of nursing content ,and a large number of follow -up needs styles had a great difference ,which shows the combination of traditional methods ,network and mobile technology .
