Application of Comfort Care in Patients with Unstable Pelvic Fractures

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application and effects of comfortable nursing in patients with unstable pelvic fracture .Methods:A total of 80 patients with unstable pelvic fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,40 cases in each group . The control group was given the routine nursing ,while the observation group was given the comfortable nursing .And the nursing effects of two groups were compared .Results:There were significant differences in the incidence of complications and self -rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfort care can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with unstable pelvic fractures and improve the psychological status of patients with unstable pelvic fractures .
