Application of Standardized Pain Education in Patients with Abdominal Diseases
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of standardized pain education in patients with abdominal diseases . Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group ,60 in each group .The control group re-ceived routine pain education ,while the study group received standardized pain education ,and the effects of two groups′pain education were compared.Results:The visual analogue score(VAS)in study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups on the three ladder analgesic demand (P=0.3198).The analgesic effect after taking it 1 and 2 h in the study group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the postoperative analgesia satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized pain education can improve the pain control effect of postoperative patients with abdominal diseases .
