Application of Individualized Posture Intervention in Improving the Delivery Outcome of Early Maternal

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effects of individualized posture intervention in improving the delivery outcome of the early pregnant women.Methods:A total of 200 cases within cervix large open 3cm and above term,single birth,or head of the primiparas were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group .The control group was taken routine nursing ,while the observation group was treated with individualized posture intervention .Two groups′birth outcomes ,vaginal injury and ad-verse events were compared .Results:The rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ,and the first degree perineal laceration was higher than the control group .The rate of cesarean section ,second degree perineal laceration ,cervical lac-eration and episiotomy rate were lower than that in the control group ,with significant differences between two groups ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:The active period of personalized posture intervention can effectively improve the production rate ,reduce the injury of soft birth canal .
