The Effects of Body Position Nursing on Patients after Laparoscopic Hepatectomy
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of body position nursing on patients after laparoscopic liver resection .Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic hepatectomy for liver resection from June 2013 to 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group .The control group could take free position after 6 h after postoperative supine ,and was encouraged to get out of bed ,3~5 times per day;while the observation group could take a high head and low hip position after 6 h af-ter postoperative supine and was encouraged to get out of bed ,3 ~5 times per day.The postoperative pain ,sleep quality,gastrointestinal function and pulmonary function were observed in the two groups .Results:The postoperative visual analogue scale scores and Pittsburgh sleep index scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:After laparo-scopic hepatectomy ,body position nursing can significantly improve patients comfort conditions .
