Application of the Best Nursing Clue Aggregate Intervention in Patients with Pulmonary Infection after Tracheotomy for Brain Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of the best nursing clue aggregate intervention in patients with pul-monary infection after tracheotomy for brain surgery.Methods:A total of 40 cases of pulmonary infection after tracheotomy in department of cerebral surgery from September to December in 2015 taken as the control group were given routine nursing intervention;while 40 cases of pulmonary infection after tracheotomy in department of cerebral surgery taken as the observation group were given the best nursing clue ag-gregate intervention.Then the effect and nursing satisfaction ratio of two groups were compared.Results:There were significant differences in total effective rate,time of disappearance of symptoms,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction ratio between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The best nursing clue aggregate intervention can improve the clinical effect of pulmonary infection patients after trache-otomy in brain surgery,shorten the time of symptoms disappearance,reduce complications incidence,and improve nursing satisfaction ratio.
