Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients with Esophageal Cancer

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in perioperative nursing care of patients with e-sophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 100 radical surgery patients with esophageal cancer were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given CNP care,while the control group was given routine nursing care.The two groups of hospitalization time,hospitalization costs,adverse events and the incidence of com-plications,the ratio of mastering health knowledge, nursing satisfaction and other indicators were compared.Results:The hospitalization time,hospitalization costs,adverse events and incidence of complications were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the ratio of mastering health knowledge,nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with the routine nursing care,CNP can shorten hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of adverse events and com-plications,hospitalization expenses in patients with esophageal cancer,and improve the patients′master of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction.It is an effective and feasible method to be worth popularity.
