Application of Health Care Integration Positive Suggestion in the Preoperative Interview of Department of General Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and efficacy of health care integration positive suggestion in the preoperative in-terview of department of general surgery.Methods:A total of 200 patients with surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,100 patients in each group.The control group was given the routine preoperative interview,while the observation group was given the routine preoperative interview combined with positive implication.The scores of Self-rating Depression Scale( SDS) ,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),blood pressure,heart rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The SAS scores,SDS scores,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly lower in the observation than those of the control group(P<0.05).The patients′satisfaction with preoperative visit was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of health care integration has a positive suggestion to carry out preoperative visit can sig-nificantly alleviate the negative emotions,reduce surgical stress,and improve nursing satisfaction.
