Influence of Individual Health Education Combined with Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients after Replantation of Severed Finger
Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of individual health education combined with early rehabilitation nursing on patients after replantation of severed finger.Methods:A total of 120 patients with replantation of severed finger were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group from February 2013 to March 2015,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given individual health education combined with early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing care.The two groups of postoperative functional recovery,the survival rate and the psychological status of the patients were com-pared.Results:After nursing,two groups of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale ( SDS) score were significantly improved (P<0.05).And the SAS and ADA scores were significantly higher in the control group than those of the observa-tion group(P<0.05).The survival rate of the observation group and the recovery rate of finger function after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of individualized health education combined with early rehabili-tation nursing in patients after replantation of severed finger can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the survival rate of replanted finger and finger function recovery.And it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical work.
