Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway Combined with Cluster Nursing Model on Patients in Ophthalmology and Ear-nose-throat Department

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing path( CNP) combined with clustering nursing model on patients in oph-thalmology and ear-nose-throat department.Methods:A total of 208 patients of ophthalmology and ear-nose-throat department were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to chronological order,102 in the control group and 106 in the observation group.The control group adopted conventional nursing management model,while the observation group adopted CNP combined with cluster nursing model.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differ-ences in the nursing effects and nursing satisfaction ratio between two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:CNP combined with cluster nursing model can improve the nursing effect of patients in ophthalmology and ear-nose-throat department,and improve the nursing sat-isfaction ratio.
