Influence of al -round nursing intervention on ICU patients after thoracic and abdominal operation

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of all-round nursing intervention on ICU patients after thoracic and abdominal operation. Methods:120 postoperative patients with thoracic and abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(60 cases in each group).The routine nursing model was taken in the control group and the all-round nursing intervention was ad-ditionally given to the patients in the observation group,the effect of nursing care was compared between the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the score of postoperative pain,sedation score,dosage of analgesic and sedative drug,sleep time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The all-round nursing intervention can relieve the pain of ICU patients after thoracic and abdominal operation and improve the quality of sleep of the patients and nursing satisfaction.
