Application of the staged matching nursing intervention model in the nursing care of internal fistula in hemodialysis patients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of the staged matching nursing intervention model in the nursing care of internal fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods:106 hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(53 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received routine guidance on nursing care of fistu-la;the staged matching nursing intervention model was adopted in the experimental group,the related indexes were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:The proportion of the patients in the pre intention stage, intention stage and preparation stage of self-care behavior in nursing care of fistula was significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group after intervention,and the proportion in the action stage and the maintenance stage was significantly higher than the control group,the scores of self-care ability were significantly higher than the control group,the incidence of internal fistula complications was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of the staged matching nursing intervention model in the nursing care of internal fistula in hemodialy-sis patients can make the patients into the effective stage of self-care of internal fistula as soon as possible,improve their self-care ability and reduce the complications of fistula.
