Application of CNP of FTS in perioperative period of patients with PKRP

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of clinical nursing path( CNP) of fast track surgery( FTS) in perio-perative period of patients with PKRP.Methods:123 hospitalized patients undergoing PKRP from January 2013 to December 2014 were taken as the experimental group and the nursing measures of FTS was implemented in this group;other 126 hospitalized patients treated with PKRP from August 2010 to December 2012 were taken as the control group and the routine nursing measures were given to the pa-tients in this group.The first anal exhaust time and first defecation time after operation,the indwelling time of catheter,postoperative hos-pitalization days and the incidence of perioperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The first anal exhaust time and first defecation time after operation,the indwelling time of catheter and postoperative hospitalization days were significantly ear-lier and shorter in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of preoperative hypoglycemia,postoperative chills and fever,hypotension,abdominal distension,DVT in the lower limbs,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of CNP of FTS in perioperative period of patients with PKRP is safe and effective,and it is beneficial to promote the recovery of patients and improve the quality of nurs-ing care as well.
