Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with breast fibrous tumor surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with breast fibrous tumor surgery.Methods:106 patients undergoing breast fibrous tumor surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(53 cases in each group).The patients were given the routine nursing measures and the comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally adopted in the observation group,the operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding volume,satis-faction rate of patients with treatment efficacy and the scores of SCL-90 were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and hospitalization time was shorter in the observation group than the control group,the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than the control group,the satisfaction rate of patients with treatment efficacy was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the scores of postop-erative somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationships,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoid and psy-chotic scores were lower after operation than those before operation in the observation group and lower than those in the control group after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with breast fibrous tumor surgery can significantly improve the psychological state of the patients,the effect of surgical treatment and satisfaction rate of the patients.
