Application of nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy based on the theory of hope

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients undergoing laparo-scopic cholecystectomy based on the theory of hope.Methods:80 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(40 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing in-tervention and the patients in the observation group were provided nursing intervention based on the theory of hope,the scores of hope,re-habilitation effect and patient′s satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups before and after nursing care.Results:The scores of hope were higher in the observation group than the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05);the postoperative am-bulation time,postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were earlier and shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the satis-faction rate of the patients with nursing care was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention based on the theory of hope for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly improve the patients′hope level and the satisfaction with nursing care.
