Observation on the effect of Diphereline on prevention of relapse of endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery and nursing care

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of Diphereline on prevention of relapse of endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery and nurs -ing methods.Methods:120 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (60 cases in each group ) .The patients in both groups were treated with the same laparoscopic surgical treatment ,the patients in the observation group were given medication of Diphereline after operation and the patients in the control group were given medication of oral Gestrinone and the patients in both groups were provided the same nursing measures in the perioperative period .The treatment effect ,six-month pregnancy rate,intraoperative adverse reactions and changes of blood lipids and liver function were compared between the two groups .Results:The treatment effect and six-month pregnancy rate was superior in the observation group to the control group ( P<0.05);there were not statis-tically significant differences in the comparison of the adverse reactions and changes of blood lipids and liver function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Application of Diphereline has a good effect in the prevention of relapse of endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery,and it is safe and effective .
