Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis by nasal endoscopy
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with chronic si -nusitis by nasal endoscopy .Methods:168 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (84 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided comprehensive nursing measures .The clinical effect,incidence of complication,recurrence rate,patient satisfaction and the score of quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups .Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after the intervention (P<0.05);the incidence of complication and recurrence rate was signifi-cantly lower than the control group ( P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of nursing care was significantly higher than the control group ( P<0.05);the scores of patient′s physical function ,role function,social function and cognitive function were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of the comprehensive nursing intervention can not only improve the clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal endoscope and reduce the postoperative complications ,but also de-crease the postoperative recurrence and improve the patient satisfaction and quality of life of the patients .
