Application of extended nursing intervention model in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application method and effect of the extended nursing intervention model in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis .Methods:106 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were divided into the control group(n=52)and the experimental group (n=54).The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and nursing care and the patients in the experimental group were given the extended nursing intervention ,the effect of intervention was compared between the two groups .Results:The total effective rate and compliance of the patients was higher and better in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of symptoms and signs were lower after the intervention than those before the intervention in the two groups (P<0.05);the scores of symptoms and signs were lower in the experimental group than the control group after the intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of the extended nursing interven-tion model can effectively improve the compliance of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis ,reduce the recurrence and promote the rehabilitation of the patients .
