Construction and application of seamless nursing model for patients with acute critical y il ness in Emergency Department

Abstract：Objective:To explore the construction and application effect of seamless nursing model for patients with acute critically ill -ness in Emergency Department .Methods:120 patients with acute critically illness and their families in the emergency department ( from June to August 2015 before the application of seamless nursing model ) were taken as the control group and other 120 patients with acute critically illness and their families ( from October to December 2015 after the application of seamless nursing model) were taken as the observation group,the intervention effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of anxiety of the patients was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after the intervention ( P<0 .05 );the success rate of rescue was significantly higher than the control group( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Application of seamless nursing model for patients with acute crit-ically illness in Emergency Department can significantly alleviate the anxiety of the patients and their families and improve the suc-cess rate of rescue in the emergency treatment.
