Effect of holistic nursing intervention in the treatment of 72 patients with CHD by imbedding carrier-free rapamycin eluting stent

Abstract：Objective:To explore the method and effect of holistic nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD) treated with imbedding carrier -free rapamycin eluting stent .Methods:144 CHD patients undergoing imbedding carrier -free rapamycin e-luting stent were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (72 cases in each group).The routine nursing interven-tion was implemented in the control group and the holistic nursing intervention was additionally provided for the patients in the observation group,the intervention effect was compared between the two groups .Results:The incidence of postoperative complication was lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05);the score of CSMS,patient satisfaction with nursing care and communication between nurses and patients were higher and better in the observation group than the control group ( P<0.05);the hospitalization time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The holistic nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative compli-cations of patients with CHD ,improve the self-management behavior and patient satisfaction and shorten the hospitalization time .
