Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing 99mTc-MDP whole body bone scanning

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing 99mTc -MDP whole body bone scanning.Methods:90 patients undergoing 99mTc-MDP whole body bone scanning were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (45 cases in each group ) .The routine nursing measures was implemented in the control group and the comprehen -sive nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group .The quality of scanning image ,psychological evaluation ,patient satisfaction and awareness of the disease of the patients were compared between the two groups .Results:The qualified rate of scanning image quality was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group ( P<0.05);the scores of SDS and SAS were significantly lower af-ter the examination than those before the examination in the observation group and the scores were lower in the observation group than the control group after the examination(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction and awareness of the disease of the patients were significantly supe -rior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the influence factors on the quality of scanning image and improve the image quality and patient satisfaction .
