Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic surgery in the lower abdomen

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic surgery in the lower abdomen .Methods:80 patients with laparoscopic lower abdomen surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (40 cases in each group).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the comprehensive nursing interven -tion was additionally implemented in the observation group , the scores of postoperative visual analogue scale ( VAS ) , complications , patient′s and doctor′s satisfaction with nurses were compared between the two groups .Results:The pain scores was lower and the number of complication cases was less in the observation group than the control group ( P<0.05);the patient′s and doctor′s satisfaction with nurses in the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic operation in the lower abdomen can effectively improve the patient ′s and doctor′s satisfaction with nurses ,re-lieve pain and reduce surgical complications .
