Application of CNP of TCM in patients with sicca syndrome
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in patients with sicca syndrome (SS).Meth-ods:64 patients with SS were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (32 cases in each group).The conven-tional nursing method was used in the control group and CNP of TCM was adopted in the experimental group ,the intervention lasted one month.The scores of clinical symptoms and general health status of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention .Results:The scores of clinical symptoms of the patients were lower in the experimental group than the control group after the intervention (P<0.05);the general health status of the patients was improved after the intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of CNP of TCM can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of SS patients ,control the progress of the disease and improve their general health status and the patient ’ s satisfaction as well .
