Application of holistic nursing care in patients with cardiomyopathy

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of holistic nursing care in patients with cardiomyopathy .Methods:126 patients with cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (63 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the holistic nursing care was additionally provided for the patients in the observation group,the clinical curative effect,the patient’ s satisfaction with nursing care,complications and the scores of quality of life and nurs-ing quality were compared between the two groups.Results: The total effective rate of treatment,the patient’ s satisfaction with nurs-ing care and the scores of quality of life and quality of nursing care were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05);and the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The holistic nursing care can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve prognosis of patients with cardiomyopathy and it can im -prove the treatment effect ,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of the patients .
