Effect of the graded nursing model of doctor-nurse col aboration on nursing quality and outcome of the disease
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of the graded nursing model of doctor -nurse collaboration on nursing quality and outcome of the disease.Methods:162 patients of urology surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group (81 cases in each group ) .The ordinary graded nursing model was used in the control group and the graded nursing model of doctor -nurse collabora-tion was adopted in the observation group ,the nursing quality ,nursing efficiency and the outcome of the disease were compared between the two groups .Results:The scores of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were higher in the observation group than the control group ( P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the qualified rate of the complete implementation of doctor ’ s orders,average hospitalization days,patient’s compliance of nursing care and readmission rate between the two groups (P<0.05).Con-clusion:The graded nursing model of doctor -nurse collaboration can significantly improve nursing quality ,the outcome of the disease and the relationship between doctors and nurses ,doctors and patients and nurses and patients .
