Behavioral intervention in patients with alcoholic fatty liver

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of applying behavioral intervention on the patients with alcoholic fatty liver .Methods:285 patients with alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into the observation group (n=140) and the control group (n=145).The com-mon health education was conducted in the control group and the behavioral intervention was additionally provided in the observation group ,the liver function and blood lipid level of the patients and the change of ultrasonic index in the two groups were detected before and after the intervention and the drinking amount and frequency and the up -to-standard rate of exercise compliance of the patients were compared between the two groups .Results:The improvement of the liver function and blood lipid level of the patients and the change of ul -trasonic index were better after the intervention in the observation group compared with those in the control group ( P<0.05);drinking a-mount and frequency was less and lower and the up -to-standard rate of exercise compliance of the patients was higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The beha vioral intervention is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients with alco-holic fatty liver.
