Application of risk prevention nursing in pediatrics

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of risk prevention nursing in pediatrics.Methods:210 pediatric patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(105 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the risk prevention nursing was implemented in the study group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of SDS and SAS were lower after nursing care than those before nursing care in the two groups (P ＜ 0.05);the scores of SDS and SAS were lower in the study group than those in the control group after nursing care (P ＜ 0.05);the risk events and error and the occurrence of nursing disputes were fewer and less in the study group than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the satisfaction of the patients' families with nursing care was better in the study group than the control group(P ＜ 0.05);the incidence of complications was lower in the study group than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The risk prevention nursing applied to the pediatric patients can reduce the risk,relieve the bad mood of the families and improve the quality of nursing care.
