Application of FTS nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of fast track surgery (FTS) nursing in the treatment of femoral neck fracture.Methods:48 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into the FTS nursing group and the routine nursing group (24 cases in each group).The degree of postoperative pain,hospitalization days,the incidence of complications and postoperative Harris score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of postoperative follow-up,the average hospitalization time was shorter in the FTS nursing group than the routine nursing group (P < 0.05);the degree of postoperative pain at discharge was milder in the FTS nursing group than the routine nursing group (P < 0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the FTS nursing group than the routine nursing group (P < 0.05);Harris score was higher than the routine nursing group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Application of FTS nursing in the treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture can reduce the degree of postoperative pain,shorten the hospitalization time and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
