Observation on the application effect of grouping authorization management model in emergency department

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of the grouping authorization management model in emergency department.Methods:24 nurses in the emergency department were divided into 6 groups for nursing risk management and the grouping authorization management model was implemented.The quality of nursing care,nursing risk events,job burnout of nurses and sense of professional identity were compared before and after the implementation of the grouping authorization management model.Results:The scores of nursing quality were higher after the implementation of the model than those before its implementation (P ＜ 0.05);the incidence of nursing risk events was lower after its implementation (P ＜ 0.05);the job burnout of nurses was lower after its implementation (P ＜ 0.05);the scores of sense of professional identity of nurses were higher after its implementation (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Application of the grouping authorization management model is helpful to improve the quality of nursing care,reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,ease the job burnout and enhance the professional identity of the nurses.
