Application of the diversified visiting management based on situation analysis in ICU
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of the diversified visiting management based on situation analysis in ICU.Methods:60 patients and their families were taken as the control group before implementation of the diversified visiting management based on situation analysis(from January to March 2015);other 60 patients and their families were taken as the experimental group after implementation of the diversified visiting management based on situation analysis (from April to June 2015).The satisfaction rate of the patients'demand for visiting,the score of anxiety and the air bacteriological detection results and incidence of nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction rate of the patients'demand for visiting was higher in the experimental group than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the score of anxiety of the patients was lower in the experimental group than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in the comparison of the air bacteriological detection results and incidence of nosocomial infection between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of the diversified visiting management based on situation analysis in ICU can effectively relieve anxiety of the patients and their family members and improve their satisfaction rate of demand for visiting under the premise of ensuring air quality and not increasing the nosocomial infection rate.
