Observation on the effect of the staged comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of the staged comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation.Methods:80 patients with cerebrovascular stent implantation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group (40 cases in each group).The conventional health guidance was given to the patients in the control group and the staged comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the observation group,the scores of SAS and SDS before and after the intervention and the satisfaction of the patients with nursing care one day before discharge were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the observation group than the control group after the intervention (P ＜ 0.01);the satisfaction of the patients with nursing care was better in the observation group than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The staged comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relive the negative psychology of the patients and improve their satisfaction.
