Application of the bundle management of respiratory tract in patients with esophageal cancer after Ivor-Lewis operation
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application method and effect of the bundle management of respiratory tract in patients with esophageal cancer after Ivor-Lewis operation.Methods:117 patients undergoing Ivor-Lewis operation on esophageal cancer were randomly divided into the intervention group(n =58)and the control group(n =59).The routine nursing method was used in the control group and the bundle management of respiratory tract was implemented in the intervention group, the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the respiratory monitoring indexes, the incidence of pulmonary complications, the time of ventilation support and the time of stay in ICU between the two groups (P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion:Application of the bundle management of respiratory tract can improve respiratory monitoring indexes and reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications in patients with esophageal cancer after Ivor-Lewis operation and it can shorten the time of ventilation support and stay in ICU.
