A study on the current situation and influencing factors of job stressor and sub - health status of pediatric nurses
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the sub - health status of pediatric nurses and to explore the related factors in order to provide sci-entific reference for prevention of sub - health status of pediatric nurses. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 216 pediatric nurses in Sichuan province. Results:The sub - health detection rate of the investigated pediatric nurses was 68. 06% . The sub -health status of pediatric nurses was positively correlated with age,work experience,job title,educational background and job stress(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The sub - health detection rate of pediatric nurses is obviously influenced by age,work experience and work pressure, therefore administration section should take effective measures to adjust the mentality of pediatric nurses and reduce their work pressure.
