Effect of enhanced nursing intervention on patients with Alzheimer's disease

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of enhanced nursing intervention on patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods:120 patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(60 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the enhanced nursing intervention was additionally provided for the patients in the observation group,the scores of SF - 36,ADL and MMSE of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of SF - 36,ADL and MMSE between the two groups after the intervention (P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The enhanced nursing intervention on patients with Alzheimer's disease can improve the patients' ability of ADL and cognitive function,and it has important clinical significance to improve the quality of life of the patients.
