Application of Wechat - aid teaching in the clinical teaching of student nurses in oncology department

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of Wechat - aid teaching in the clinical teaching of student nurses in oncology department. Methods:106 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into the Wechat group and the control group(53 students in each group). The Wechat teaching method was adopted in the Wechat group and the traditional teaching method was used in the control group,the auxiliary teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of theoretical and operation examination and the evaluation on the auxiliary teaching method of the student nurses were higher and better in the Wechat group than those in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The Wechat teaching method has a positive effect on improving the quality of clinical teaching.
