Application of CNP of TCM in nursing care of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path(CNP)of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in nursing care of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:87 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 45)and the control group(n = 42). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and CNP of TCM was adopted in nursing care of the patients in the experimental group. The clinical effect was analyzed in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the satisfaction rate of nursing care,hospitaliza-tion time and expenses were higher,shorter and less in the experimental group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:CNP of TCM is the best nursing method in nursing care of patients with acute cerebral infarction. It can not only improve the clinical nursing effect,re-duce the hospitalization expenses and shorten the hospitalization time,but also improve the satisfaction of patients.
