Effect of systematic nursing intervention on pregnant women in the expectant treatment of placenta

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention on pregnant women in the expectant treatment of placenta. Methods:128 pregnant women receiving expectant treatment of placenta were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(64 patients in each group). The pregnant women in the control group were given routine obstetric nursing care and the pregnant women in the observation group were additionally provided the systematic nursing intervention,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of pregnancy outcome and live birth rate between the two groups(P < 0. 05);the SAS and SDS scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P < 0. 05);the neo-natal Apgar score was higher in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the incidence of complications of pregnant women was lower in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The systematic nursing intervention can improve the pregnancy outcome and psychological status and reduce postpartum complications of pregnant women and improve the neonatal Apgar score in the expectant treatment of placenta.
