Application of experiential learning in nursing soft skil s training in trauma department of orthopedics
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of experiential learning in nursing soft skills training in trauma department of or-thopedics. Methods:The experiential learning method was adopted to carry out 3 - month training for 19 nurses of the trauma department of orthopedics of the affiliated hospital of a certain university in Guangzhou city,and then the nursing soft skills assessment scale was used to evaluate the effect of training before and after the training. Results:The total scores of nurses′ organization and management skills,cognitive skills and soft skills were higher after the training than those before the training(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The experiential learning can ef-fectively improve the soft skills of nurses in the trauma department of orthopedics.
