Effect of family nursing intervention on joint function recovery of postoperative patients with knee joint injury
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of family nursing intervention on joint function recovery of postoperative patients with knee joint injury. Methods:The telephone follow - up was conducted to 150 postoperative patients with knee joint injury respectively on the same day,one week,2 weeks and one month after discharge,the patient′s awareness and grasp of the knowledge and skills of rehabilitation train-ing,knee joint pain and joint function recovery were evaluated and analyzed after nursing intervention. Results:The patient′s awareness and grasp of the knowledge and skills of rehabilitation training gradually improved after family nursing intervention for 3 times(P < 0. 05);the pain of the affected limb gradually relieved(P < 0. 01);the joint function gradually improved(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The family nursing intervention can improve the patient′s awareness and grasp of the knowledge and skills of rehabilitation training,relieve joint pain and im-prove joint function of the patients.
