Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative care model(CCM)on cardiac function and negative emotion in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods:84 AMI patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(42 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and CCM was additionally implemented in the observation group, the cognitive level of the disease, negative emotion and heart function of the patients were compared between the two groups. Re-sults:The patients′cognitive level of the disease was higher after the intervention in the two groups and higher in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the alleviation of negative emotion of the patients was better in the two groups after the intervention and bet-ter in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the heart function of the patients was significantly improved in the observa-tion group after the intervention compared with that in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:CCM can effectively improve the patients′ cognitive level of the disease, reduce their anxiety and depression so as to improve the patient′s heart function.
