Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of humanistic nursing care on anxiety of ICU patients with tracheal intubation and nurs-ing quality. Methods:102 ICU patients with tracheal intubation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(51 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the humanistic nursing care was adopted in the observa-tion group,the anxiety and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The SAS score of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the score of each factor of SCL - 90 was lower in the observation groups after nursing care and the score was lower in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the satisfaction rate of the patients was higher in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of the humanistic nursing care can relieve the patient′s anxiety and improve their satisfaction.
